A member of our friendly team will visit you at home on a day and time to suit, we will present a selection of styles and options to choose from and will guide you through our recommendations in terms of sizing, comfort and support. A typical assessment will take around one hour and you will be provided with a free detailed quotation and summary of our recommendation.

We do not expect you to make a decision on the day

At Channel Recliners we appreciate that a home visit may feel daunting consideration with customers worrying that they will be pressured into making a decision “on the spot”. We want you to relax, even enjoy your no obligation assessment, therefore we ask that you do not make a decision on the day. We will provide you with a free detailed quotation and ask you to sleep on any decision and then, in your own time, come back to us. We do not hound you with emails, phone calls or post, we simply ask you to contact us should you wish to proceed.

After a couple of disastrous visits from National companies last week I was recommended to call Shaun McCluskey for an assessment for a riser/recliner chair my elderly mother.
He visited today to assess my mother, my sisters who were present described him as ‘brilliant’ and were so impressed they ordered the chair this afternoon at a price that was far less than the National companies who visited last week.
