We are the only company in the UK that offer a price indication prior to the assessment being agreed. Every reputable company within the UK understands their average selling price but very few will share this with you until in your home.
To buy or not to buy
We do not expect you to make a decision whilst we are in your home. Like any potential significant purchase, we would expect you to sleep on any decision and give it the time it deserves. We want you to relax and enjoy the home visit experience without any concerns that we are wanting you to confirm a sale.
Free itemised quotation
We leave you with a clear detailed quotation on the day that’s valid for a minimum of 6 months.
No unwanted follow up calls
We listen to our customers, we have heard lots of stories of companies who insist on the ongoing ‘courtesy call’ that never seems to end unless you decide to make a purchase! You will be pleased to hear that following our free assessment we will not attempt to contact you again unless you specifically ask us to do so. We leave you to come back to us if you wish to. That goes for letters and emails too!

Excellent ethical service from Channel Healthcare and Shaun McCluskey
After a couple of disastrous visits from National companies last week I was recommended to call Shaun McCluskey for an assessment for a riser/recliner chair my elderly mother.
He visited today to assess my mother, my sisters who were present described him as ‘brilliant’ and were so impressed they ordered the chair this afternoon at a price that was far less than the National companies who visited last week.
